When you click links on our website to access our Client Portal or pay an invoice, you are accessing a platform securely hosted by SimplePractice on our behalf, which is governed by SimplePractice's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is managed strictly in accordance with federal healthcare privacy laws and our executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). SimplePractice acts solely as a data processor for our practice and is legally prohibited from selling, renting, shares, or using your data for any marketing purposes.
SMS & Mobile Text Messaging
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected as part of our SMS or text messaging program (including via Spruce Health), including mobile phone numbers, messaging consent, and opt-in data, is used solely for the purpose of providing the operational and administrative messaging services you have opted-in to receive (such as scheduling adjustments and appointment reminders). No mobile opt-in data or text messaging consent information will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. From General Browsing Users
