I SEE YOU.

Life feels like a lot right now.

Most people would never guess how much you’re carrying because you’ve become skilled at not letting it show. But when the pressure and expectations never seem to ease, even the strongest people eventually reach a point where something has to give. And when you're already running on empty from managing so much, the last thing you want is to do the whole “I’m fine” thing in therapy too.

HOW I WORK

Therapy makes space for what’s been pushed aside.

This is a place where you don't have to pretend or have everything figured out. You can be honest about what's hard, what you're questioning, and where you feel stuck. I'll listen carefully and ask questions that help you see something familiar in a new way. Our work isn't about me telling you what to do — it's about helping you regain trust in your own voice.

That means getting clear on what you actually want — not just what you're good at, but what feels meaningful — without the guilt of prioritizing your own needs. You'll learn to make space for difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them take over, so you move through your days with more intention. Over time, your choices become less driven by expectation and more reflective of your values, your energy, and the life you want to create.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people already have within them the wisdom they need to move forward. Sometimes it just takes the right space — and the right support — to bring that clarity into focus.

Therapy that feels human.

Therapy with me is grounded and deeply human. It's a place you can show up however you are — uncertain, overwhelmed, or just plain tired — without having to keep it all together. I'll bring my authentic self into the room, meeting you with compassion and genuine engagement, not just nodding along, but actively thinking alongside you. And here, your background, your identities, and your lived experience are recognized as an essential part of who you are. Not something separate from our work together. I won't make assumptions about what they mean for you, but I won't ignore them either.

What I've found is that when people feel genuinely accepted, and not managed or guided toward a predetermined outcome, they open up in ways they haven't before. That's when the work gets real, and lasting change becomes possible.

I know what it’s like to look like you have it together on the outside while feeling something very different underneath.

As a wife and mother of three, including twins, I understand how unpredictable and demanding life can be. And it's the full range of my own life experiences, including motherhood and loss, that shape the empathy and perspective I bring into the room. Because of that, I don’t approach this work from a distance. I bring both my training and my humanity into our sessions, so you don’t have to navigate this alone.
